We recently hosted my mom’s birthday at Trento and we could not have had a better experience! Throughout the planning process Sean and the team were very responsive and helpful. Sean explained everything in detail and answered every question we had. I found the pricing to be very reasonable, especially compared to other restaurants in the area, and there were no hidden fees. During our dinner our server Ray was incredibly attentive and provided prompt service, despite being the only server for our group of 20. He came over to check on us throughout the evening to ensure that we were happy with the pacing of the dinner and that we didn’t need anything. They did not make us feel rushed at all...
I always have a great experience at this restaurant—delicious food, wonderful atmosphere, and excellent service. The staff is friendly and attentive, making every visit enjoyable. That said, as a vegetarian, I do wish there were more options for main courses. There are no vegetarian entrees, not even a simple pasta, which makes dining a bit challenging. While the appetizers and salads offer some choices, there are only so many times I can create a meal by combining side dishes. It would be fantastic to see at least one well-rounded vegetarian main on the menu. Other than that, everything was lovely, and I’ll certainly be back. May have been an oversight on management’s part but feel it’s worth mentioning. I invited a client to lunch and we ordered 2 salads which took over an hour to come. Many people seated after us were served their hot meals ahead of us while we waited. It was finally acknowledged but without any effort to correct or add something to make up for the delayed service. A bit lackluster…
I don't eat chicken very often when I eat out. But the server (i can't remember his name to save my life, but he was slime and lacking hair) explained the chicken special very well. excellent meal ..our waiter Matthew was great. It was nice that Eddie the head chef came over to our table to check on the meal
Food and service was good, a little noisy- When I made reservation I told them it was our anniversary- no one asked us about it
