We loved loved loved this restaurant so much. The food is simply amazing. We went twice in a three week period. Our server, Fatima, was the icing on the cake and made the meals a complete experience. On our first visit, we reserved and tried the 6 course tasting menu with the accompanying wine. Wow!!! Really truly spectacular. This was our first time at a Michelin star restaurant and we were blown away. At a weekend away in Madrid we tried another, and it didn't compare to Trivio or Fatima's attentive service. On our second visit we ate in the outer portion of the restaurant, and we were still completely pleased. Make sure to visit when in Cuenca! It's a must for fine cuisine.
Estuvimos en la zona de barra, con un ambiente muy agradable, ademas, el camarero que nos estuvo atendiendo era super majo y muy atento. La comida exquisita, el chef preparó el menú especial para nosotros ya que teniamos algunas intolerancias. Se demuestra un buen chef cuando es creativo frente a las restricciones alimentarias. Todos los platos estaban deliciosos y muy elaborados.

Lugar maravilloso, Jesus es un camarero estupendo y hay cervezas muy ricas!! Yo recomendaría a todos de ir a cenar allá lo mas pronto posible!
