I came here maybe 2 years ago and it was fantastic, perfect croissants with hundreds of layers and perfect crispness. I bought a chocolate croissant today, and it seems like they hired 6 or so teenagers. The croissant was still good, but not layered or crispy made me kinda sad. Also, the last time I was here, it was just a daughter and her father I believe. And I got to practice my French with them, I hope they come back, and I hope this croissant was just a one off!
What a gem. I drive 20 min to get to this place, completely out of the way. They start baking at 2, and this place feels like something you'd find in Paris. Amazing pastries, baguettes, misc breads. I've also tried and loved their croissants, frozen quiches (made often and vacuum sealed so they keep really well), and nut raisin breadsGet there early, they typically sell out of most things by closing time
drool worthy! everything is super fresh and delicious. they go early because they run out. unfortunately we did not get our last trip one of the, apparently five not four bags of dingen we ordered. we were really looking forward to these chocolate croissants! but it only means that we need time to make the 40-minute drive there to get them back. that's worth it.
I love croissants and trompeau makes croissants right! these croissants have been beautifully laminated, making them perfect buttery, fluffy and fluffy. they are also really big! my favorites are the lemon blueberry, cream cheese and mushroom dicks. if you register for your reward program, you will also receive free croissants! the bakery has a beautiful atmosphere and also has an escaping area outside. I had a mandel croissant and it was double-baked very good. it was crispy on the outside moist on the inside I also had a chai tee and it had a very smooth taste. the prices are also very reasonable and their customer service was excellent.
Nice little neighbor gem. What an amazing and delicious variety of pastries. My only complaint is there were sooo.... many yummy looking treats it was hard to decide on just a couple.I went 1 sweet and 1 savory of course. AMAZING!!!! A apricot and cream pastry and Broccoli and Bacon Quiche.
I stayed here on a laune to get some croissants and other sweet and hearty tasty for me and my colleagues before work. everything from croissants, cheese-danishes and quiches were absolutely delicious! Besides, it was nice that it wasn't insane. a beautiful experience through through.
Drove all the way from Wheatridge to purchase an assortment of sweet dessert pastries for a dinner party tonight. My first time trying this bakery. Only to find out upon arrival that they only offer sweet dessert pastries (eclairs, opera cakes, etc) on Saturdays. Bummer. Réservez une table maintenant
