When we finally got to the window, they said they couldn’t do anything about our concerns. I was really upset, especially since I frequent this place so often. I spent around $30 there, and more than half of it went wasted.
I haven’t returned since and don’t plan to. As a very dissatisfied customer, I was frustrated.

The restaurant is under-staffed, lacks professionalism, and has poor problem-solving abilities. I observed the staff take my payment at the drive-thru window, only to serve ten customers who walked in before they addressed my order. My smoothies were left by the window, melting, and despite tapping on the glass to get their attention, they ignored me. I ultimately had to go inside to retrieve my already melted drinks. They attributed the delay to being short-staffed, but if the smoothies were already made, it shouldn’t have been difficult to hand them out. This place has noticeably declined in quality, and I won’t be returning.

When I inquired about the change, the staff member responded defensively and made an unkind remark under her breath. It would be helpful for the restaurant to enhance its customer service by hiring more polite and friendly staff, as the morning team I interacted with was both unprofessional and unfriendly.

Terrible experience – I walked in and waited patiently for assistance, but I was completely ignored. There were at least three employees present. One woman approached the register, fiddling with the buttons, and didn’t even acknowledge me with a “hello” or “just a moment.” I ended up leaving and going to another place. I usually enjoy Tropical Smoothie, but the staff really needs better training in basic customer service.
I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. I ordered an Island Green Smoothie from the drive-thru, and the staff member was friendly and patient. The smoothie was delicious, full of greens and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness to counteract the kale. The price was also reasonable for the portion size.
I was quite disappointed with my experience this time. The staff appeared slow in handling orders, and when I arrived, the restaurant had only been open for about 15 minutes, even though the app allowed me to place an order. Now, I'm going to be late for work because I can't cancel an ASAP order.
I believe the woman's name started with a V, though I'm not entirely sure. She has brown hair and is Caucasian. Unfortunately, she was quite rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. If you don’t enjoy your job, then maybe it's time to reconsider working there—it's as simple as that!

I entered the restaurant and was greeted warmly. The Chicken Caesar wrap was tasty, and the smoothie was delightful. Since this was my first visit to this cafe while I was in town, I was thrilled to learn that they have a location in my hometown. I can't wait to visit it as well. Thank you!
I absolutely love their wraps; they are all amazing. The smoothies are great as well, but the wraps truly shine for being both healthy and delicious!
