Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I went to the restaurant today to grab a smoothie after my workout at the gym and I was disappointed with the customer service. The staff, especially the girls, seemed to have a bad attitude for some reason. Even though I greeted them, they did not respond. I still left a tip, but it felt like they were trying to quickly get us out of there. However, I must say that the smoothie itself was excellent, I would give it a 10/10. Overall, the customer service could definitely be improved.

I went in to tropical Smoothie to get me my replacement smoothie the establishment messed up and the girl at the register in the pink sweater was very rude to me she didn't have a name tag on. I told her I talk to someone that put my name in the book and she claimed she called her manager and they had no book she don't know who I talk to. She didn't try to help me at all.

Okay firstly, they have massive staring issues, and we’re discussing one of there coworkers in a negative light, and third they force you to tip. There’s no way out of it or at least it’s designed where it takes you a hot second to get out of it. Tipped for what? A quick smoothie? 3$ for that? Do not come here!!!!!!

I got hair in my food and when I went and brought it back, everything was fine but then I got in my car and I was waiting and I looked in the through the doors and I seen the what seemed to be the manager showing all of the coworkers and laughing. They are all ALWAYS beyond rude. Réservez une table maintenant

I was double charged for my order at this restaurant and found the employees to be unhelpful and unable to assist me in resolving the issue. They claimed it was not their responsibility to fix the mistake and offered no way to contact someone who could help.

Dont expect proper change back.....how do you pay $10.05 on a $8.05 bill and get $1.90 back?!.....2 people running register need to go back to high school...didn't bother explaining so ate .15 cents. Dont need more confusion clearly.

Their new bowl is very tiny and they charge over $8 for it. And it’s just tastes okay. Smoothies are pretty
