Tropical Smoothie Cafe

After the recent changes in ownership, the quality of the smoothies and food at this restaurant has decreased significantly. Every time I have visited recently, there has been an issue with my order. I am typically easy-going and not picky, but the consistently poor service has led me to decide to no longer patronize this establishment. On my most recent visit, I ordered a smoothie online and picked it up exactly 6 minutes later, only to find it warm and left sitting outside without being refrigerated (as they had done in the past). I had given this place a few more chances, but unfortunately, I will not be returning.

This restaurant location requires a thorough evaluation by the management team. This morning, I waited nearly 10 minutes for my two smoothies. The young man who prepared my smoothie did not do it correctly, causing me to wait an additional three minutes for a remake. When I finally got to my car and my daughter and I tried our smoothies, they were practically frozen. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this establishment.

I don't typically write reviews, but the staff at this tropical smoothie shop were incredibly friendly and helpful. The girl with the Aloha Tattoo gave me some recommendations, informed me about what was new, and I was pleasantly surprised when my Chia Banana smoothie was made quickly. I will definitely be returning!

I was unsure of what to order on my first visit to Tropical Smoothie, but a worker named China recommended the Bahama Mama smoothie. It was the best smoothie I've ever had - she made it nice and thick. I will definitely be returning.

Top animal experience was pleased, again the ladies on the front were excellent and the girl with the Aloha Tattoo made my day, she helped me alone, I am looking forward to coming back, the smoothie was well mixed and tasty.
