I immediately called to inform them of the missing straws, but was told I had to go pick them up myself since they could not deliver them. This was inconvenient as we were over 5 miles away and I was working. After speaking with the manager and receiving apologies, we were offered 10% off our next order, but this did not address the issue of not being able to drink our smoothies without straws.
To make matters worse, the salad still had bacon on it and the chicken was apparently spicy, causing a reaction in the staff member with allergies. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with very poor customer service.
I recently tried a smoothie place near me and found it to be just okay. The smoothies were affordable, but I found mine to be a bit watery. The quesadilla was especially disappointing - definitely do not order it. It's essentially a Tacobell quesadilla for $6. I would recommend opting for the wrap instead. Overall, the experience was pretty standard for a smoothie place. However, I don't think I'll be returning as it just isn't worth it.
The food was wonderful and flavorful and the smoothie was made to perfection and the service was excellent. When I was there everyone was kind and answered all my questions because it was my first time going to a Tropical Smoothie but it definitely won’t be my last! I highly recommend this place for the food, smoothies and the service.
platz has a beautiful atmosphere, young workers, cool menu options, etc. people who like the place, will love him and likely return. but for me, the smoothies seem pretty cut. our total came but quite low. weird because I really enjoy jamba juice, and that has the same energy, but not quite competing.

I have been to the Tropical Smoothie Caf in Garden City Park several time. This location is always found to be clean, and offer prompt and courteous staff. I applaud the team and their leadership for consistency.I would rate them a 10 if possible. Happy New Year and stay safe!
this is a very honestly guided load. Even in inflation, they have kept their prices equal. they have a lot of options for smoothies and prices are far too reasonable to follow the point that they are going to other shops and increase the price a little. highly recommended!
The food was delicious, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating when we made some changes to our order. The restaurant has a spacious and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend it for dining in, taking out, or getting delivery!
This morning he stopped. Originally one wanted to fall asleep, but they just flipped it, and the music became so loud that one could hear the girl. I had to go the peanut butter flat brot was ok the watermelone minze smoothie was good

the baja chicken slaughter w/o cheese. it was delicious and tasteful. the first time I was ordered from here and I was not disappointed. the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Wonderful service and food. Excellent healthy options! Staff is great and place is very clean.
