Had an UNFORTUNATE customer service experience today. I, as well as several other cars, I got in line between 7:50 PM and 7:55 PM. When I finally made it to the microphone to order at 8:03 PM, the gentleman at the window told me that they were closed. I explained to him that several of us were sitting in line well before they closed. He again repeated that they were closed, and then said they have cleaned everything up. Well... They cleaned up pretty fast given the fact that the car right in front of me ordered. It seems to me, that the right customer service thing would have been to take care of the people that have been sitting in line. He should've sent someone out the back door at 8 PM t...
I attempted to dine here with my kids on a Sunday afternoon. Most of the staff were just hanging around, watching football on an iPad. They had the screen facing away from the customers, but they connected the iPad to a speaker on the other side of the restaurant and cranked up the volume so high that it made conversation nearly impossible. The food arrived fairly quickly, so that was a positive aspect, but the quality was only mediocre—sometimes it was just downright terrible.
Today I made a mobile ordered like I have all summer and I never had a problem picking it up through the drive through !!! They told me today I couldn't and I had to get out of my vehicle!!! I'm disabled and that's why I have been doing it this way all summer !! I'm sure it will be slower since the summer has ended and I'm sure it's not that often that a DISABLED person SHOULD be able to get it through the drive through!! They don't cater to the DISABLED!! SHAME ON THEM!!!
Confirmed order three times and they still put sugar in my smoothie just awful. I took a few sips and instantly knew there was so much sugar I felt sick to my stomach. I returned to the store to get a refund. Unfortunately, I will no longer patronize this store after this incident. Further training on common courtesies with the public is severely needed along with taking correct orders.

I pointed out that this was an example of poor customer service, to which he responded, "How?" It was clear that he lacked basic customer service skills. He could have easily apologized for the change and handed me my drink anyway. I'm not sure if I’ll return; I'm exhausted by the poor service and negative attitudes displayed by some businesses in our community.
I’m a big fan of smoothies, but whenever I order them online and request an edible straw, they frequently forget to include it in my order. This means I have to remind them, which can be frustrating, especially during busy times when I’d prefer a quicker service.
The service was good and quick. However, I’m a bit worried that I paid extra for add-ons and substituted an item for blueberries, which don't seem to have been added at all and don't taste like they were included.
A little pricey for fruit and ice. However, their Sunrise Sunset smoothie is delicious. I recommend you add a banana and kiwi. Yummy!
