Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Smoothies were fine. This review is strictly for the poor service and experience we had today (Sun, April 23rd at 12:30PM). We came in to an empty store where a young ladly with a septum piercing refused to acknowledge us in any way. She appeared to be talking to someone through a bluetooth in her ear the whole time we were here. Im not sure if she was talking to the other young man working at the time or someone else but he appeared to be doing the same thing. I usually love going to Tropical Smoothie but my most recent experience really ruined it for me. I was greeted very rudely by Zachary and he seemed very annoyed that I was there. I ordered a combo meal and I did not know what flavor chips they had. I asked Zachary what flavors they had and he proceeded to says all the flavors as fast as he could. I was not happy with his service.

Lovely employees! They have my name and order memorized because I'm a usual. ?The store is super clean and the food is even better! Great food vegan friendly! The secret menu is cool too ?! Love the environment! I practically live here lol ? Zach and Lexi are great! The strawberry doesn't fall far from the bush! ???

I really enjoy the food, but I can't stand the inconvenience of the fact that none of the Tropical Smoothie locations will break a $100 bill or even a $50 bill. So if you don't have a $20 bill or smaller, or a card, good luck—you'll end up driving back and forth to the local gas station or store.

Definitely not the cheapest fast food place but it never ceases to impress! The smoothies are healthy and very tasty, always leave me feeling good. The food is always spot-on, and the chipotle options have a great kick!

The food here is fantastic and healthy, with prices around $15 for sandwiches, smoothies, and chips. Everything was delicious and served quickly. The clean bathroom was an added bonus. I would definitely come back!
