Smoothies were fine. This review is strictly for the poor service and experience we had today (Sun, April 23rd at 12:30PM). We came in to an empty store where a young ladly with a septum piercing refused to acknowledge us in any way. She appeared to be talking to someone through a bluetooth in her ear the whole time we were here. Im not sure if she was talking to the other young man working at the time or someone else but he appeared to be doing the same thing. We stepped up to the register where this young lady finally took our order. Still, no greeting at all. She made just our smoothies and walked them around the counter to my husband once done. I've had mixed experiences with this company at other locations when it comes to their smoothies. In the past, they've been quite inconsistent, even when I order the same smoothie. Often, it turns out icy and difficult to drink through a straw. However, during my most recent visit, I specifically communicated how I wanted my smoothie, and they made it exactly to my liking. It was delicious and exceptionally smooth. The staff was great, and the location is nice, so if you're looking for a perfectly made smoothie, this is the place to go.
I usually love going to Tropical Smoothie but my most recent experience really ruined it for me. I was greeted very rudely by Zachary and he seemed very annoyed that I was there. I ordered a combo meal and I did not know what flavor chips they had. I asked Zachary what flavors they had and he proceeded to says all the flavors as fast as he could. I was not happy with his service.
This is my most often visitied location, but the customer service is not very good to actually quite terrible. I agree with several of the other reviewers on that aspect for sure. I have the reusable cups and to get the discount is sometimes a definitechore. The smoothies are delicious, but that is about where it ends.

food and smoothies are always amazing but the customer service is horrible! when i walked in with my family and said hi to the girl at the front she simply just stared at me in a rude manner, and she rolled her eyes behind our back?s multiple times, veryimmature of her, we didn?t feel welcome at all.
Love that there is more than one and in all the right places. Great options for snacks or full meals, kids and smaller portion options. Healthy and convenient. Manager is always great to help with Desert Hills Middle school fund raisers. Communitysupport is important. :
My family absolutely adores this restaurant. There's something on the menu for everyone. The cranberry white chocolate smoothie is fantastic! My kids are particularly fond of the monkey kids chocolate smoothie.

This is truly one of the best places to grab a quick and healthy meal! The dragon fruit smoothie is fantastic. There's also a Good Burger located right next to it!
