This special Tropical smoothie is terrible. Several times I have seen employees in verbal disputes, but the reason I decided to leave this review is because of today's exceptionally bad experience. I posted an online order and when I showed up 40 minutes later, the order was not complete. I understand that things happen, but when I asked about the missing half of my to the younger employees where it was. He said, "I didn't give them away." The younger employees were staring for advice. Apparently frustrated the manager said "good.. '. I waited 20 minutes for my dinner. I went into a hot store and received two liquid drinks not the frozen smoothie I ordered on the app. I asked for my money back and was told I could not be helped they could only remake it. I didn?t want to give them a second chance to remake it because the store was so hot and they were all sweating so bad that I worried it would not come out frozen enough. The employees should not have to work in sweat shop conditions and I should not receive a liquid smoothie. I could have bought a Naked smoothie from the grocery store if that?s what I wanted. I've read a few reviews before I type, and it doesn't seem that was the same store. Today was the second time I went to this place as it was on my way to my new job that I started in July. I was immediately greeted and asked if I was there to attack. I said yes and gave my name, the manager confirmed my order, and I was expelled in less than a minute. My food and my smoothie tasted great, and although it's just my second time, I know I'm coming more often. At other Tropical Smoothie locations I had to deal with distracted young adults and sometimes poor customer service. Not this one!
The worst customer service ever. They cried to my child because they tried to go to the bathroom. The sign was extremely inconspicuous. If I said, please don't scream, he's a child. Talk to me and I will talk to him in the deepest voice of all times, it became a problem. We were treated very badly. I can never enter this place again. I was often there and loved to support the store. Make yourself good and go somewhere else.
