I had a terrible experience at this establishment, I visited on a Saturday morning and the service was extremely slow. The kids were working hard but they were very inefficient. I think their productivity was limited by the size of their prep areas. I waited 25 minutes for two cafe au laits, I had to be at a different venue (Spooky Nook) in 15 minutes and my wife left with our child to ensure she was not late. The space is quaint and unique but I would not rush to return when in the area again.
Jacked up prices by 30%. Ridiculous The response from the owner is false! I went through the drive thru and you raised your scone price from $2.50 to $3.25. I have bought them often enough to know. Do the math. That IS a 30% increase. I’ve never used door dash. You need to correct your response or check the prices you’re charging AT your store.
