True West Coffee

I had a terrible experience at this establishment, I visited on a Saturday morning and the service was extremely slow. The kids were working hard but they were very inefficient. I think their productivity was limited by the size of their prep areas. I waited 25 minutes for two cafe au laits, I had to be at a different venue (Spooky Nook) in 15 minutes and my wife left with our child to ensure she was not late. The space is quaint and unique but I would not rush to return when in the area again.

Jacked up prices by 30%. Ridiculous The response from the owner is false! I went through the drive thru and you raised your scone price from $2.50 to $3.25. I have bought them often enough to know. Do the math. That IS a 30% increase. I’ve never used door dash. You need to correct your response or check the prices you’re charging AT your store.

Lovely little coffee shop! And open on Monday when all else is closed! In my two day visit to Hamilton I made two trips. The peach iced tea was perfect for 100° weather and the scones were light and just sweet enough. Great place!

We all agree, this place is great. Try the milkshake. You’d think it was Udder-to-Mouth. Seriously, though. Coffee and tea hit the spot.
