Gem to locals ? great place to shop, especially if you’re looking for medicines from China. There’s also a hidden salon with cheap price $8) haircut and a traditional Chinese medicine doctor near the back of the store. Fees are $25 for diagnosis. Doctor would prescribe you with some herbs where they will make them for you right there and then. Total with diagnosis and medicine) comes out to $50.
Should be your first stop (or second) to get almost all your Chinese dried herbs and traditional medicine ingredients if you live near or in LA. There's another down the road at Castleton st area which is more modern and better organised. Not a matter of price (reasonable) but availability and range.
Please don’t go this store, the staffs not professional very bad attitude, the store didn’t give employees good training to teach the ways to treat customers, unless you can’t speak English otherwise don’t go, really really bad service this store
I asked one of the staff how much the mahjong table is and she replied they don’t know and then walked away, some attitude! Well it’s not the first time though, they don’t give a finger! even though there are a few nice people. Réservez une table maintenant
The massage I received was excellent, and the establishment was clean. They have some activities available now, which is a nice addition. The young and skilled masseuse really knew what she was doing.
Love getting my herbal teas here. They have a great selection of items you cant find in other asian stores.
We stopped by to try some dim sum, and it was fresh and absolutely delicious.
