This is by far my favorite restaurant in the suburbs of New York and the second or third when we look at NYC. I ordered many times during Covid and it was very good, but personally it was great. The staff was really nice with me and my children, I was surprised (can also be used in China Town) but really felt welcome in their restaurant. Your food is really delicious and they care about quality. I start with a positive one. The food was very good and easy the best in the area. The rest is not so positive. There is a direct negative feeling when entering this restaurant. The lights are so bright that we actually had to adapt to the watts, not a condition where people want to feed. The use of the room is terrible with a large, open, much too bright space when entering, with few tables that are placed too large and clumsy. I will start by saying that the food at this restaurant was exceptional and arguably the best in the area. However, there were several negative aspects to our dining experience. Upon entering, we were immediately struck by the overly bright lighting, which made it difficult for us to relax and enjoy our meal. This restaurant is a great place with plenty of open windows and sunlight. I had high hopes that the food would be better than the average Chinese restaurant, but unfortunately, I wasn't so lucky. While the food was better than most Chinese places in the area (although that's not saying much), it still wasn't very good. The hot and spicy soup lacked spice and was watery. My chicken with vegetables had too much brown sauce, making the dish overly salty. Hopefully, they can work out the kinks in the future.
TS Ma is a standout Chinese restaurant that offers authentic Chinese cuisine. The homemade Beijing Duck is unparalleled, with thin packaging and delicious homemade sauce. The cold cuts, such as the Tofu Skin packed with veggies and the Chef Special Braised Beef Shane, are unique and tasty. The Shanghai Ribs, Chinese Broccoli, and Fish Filets with Ginger Sauce are outstanding. To top it off, the special red bean pancakes made by the chef for dessert were a truly special experience.

C'était une meilleure cuisine chinoise que ce que nous avons généralement dans la région qui ne dit pas grand-chose mais pas très bon. Soupe chaude et épicée non épicée et en fait aqueuse. Trop de sauce brune dans mon poulet aux légumes a rendu mon plat très salé! Peut-être qu'une fois qu'ils auront résolu les problèmes.
Great place. Many open windows and sunlight. Had hoped that food was better than your average Chinese. It was better Chinese food than what we usually have (which doesn't say much), but not very good. Hot and spicy soup not spicy and actually watery.
