The new owner is remodeling the space, and it looks fantastic. The staff is very friendly, even during busy times. Every order I've placed recently has been prepared perfectly. I also appreciate how clean both the kitchen and dining areas are. I wouldn’t choose to dine anywhere else.

This is definitely the best Tubby’s I’ve ever visited! Their customer service is exceptional, and you can really tell they put love into every sandwich. I’d even go out of my way to come here instead of the one just down the street because my steak and cheese is always made to perfection!

Just got under new ownership and is still allowing me to use my card for buy 9 subs get the 10th free. Workers here are great people and friendly.
I’ve been there twice in the last month and the buns were different. Either the buns were changed or stale. Did not taste delicious as usual.
Co workers were yelling at each other, bread was stale, please was dirty
