Turkish Best Kebab

We have always ordered from TBK as their food, wait times and prices are the best. Until today. We ordered food at around 5pm and arrived about 5.45pm. We thought great, until we felt the bag and pizza box which arrived and it was cold. I called to explain and just got yelled at the member of staff as he explained it was delivered so quick and shouldn't be but it is cold outside. I said I'm not saying it wasn't quick and in the years we have ordered from them we have never had cold food. He continued to yell at me and then said they will give us a free bottle of drink next time. I said I don't want a free bottle of drink, I wish to have hot food. This was our usual kebab place, second time running, tonight’s food was cold, so greasy and not very nice at all. It is a shame as i won’t go back now, when I say greasy it was swimming in grease, so much so we had to change a plate after putting it on the first one. The pitta was so greasy it could have been rung out! The delivery was late, and the food was cold! When you pay for delivery you at least expect it to be hot. It.must have been the last delivery of a bunch! Again not what you expect when you pay for delivery. Cold food, greasy food late delivery no more now! Such a shame as before the last delivery and tonight it has been okay. Well that is us finding a new kebab place now!

very friendly staff, happy to speak and help to choose the right meal for them. they cook it on real coal instead of electric/gases and that gives the meat really grilled taste. I've tried only to get the real half-brother so far and I really enjoyed it. if they are very hungry, they can add chips. they have the thin and trust me that they will not end the small part themselves. to make it short, they should try to make them cry when they pass and you like:

Had a few meals that weren't great but on the whole the meals have been amazing and when my partner picks up the food with my kids the give them sweets, always a bonus. They do amazing burgers and chicken kebabs. It's a favourite of ours and we won't pay less to go to another shop as they are never as good. Keep up the good work as you are our weekend getaway lol. We came across this takeaway as our usual one was getting worse. We have never had an issue with them since using. We had a very large order the other week and it was delivered hot on time and was tasty. They even gave us a freebee. Very good hot food on time and very flavoursome

Looks like nice fresh kebab from the window, however the lamb donner is salty and the chicken is congealed. Shame as like I say looked fresh and tasty from the window. I’m far from a penny pincher either but slightly over priced for the quality.

I ordered a 20 pound pizza but instead received garlic bread after waiting an hour. The staff was rude and unhelpful when I asked for a replacement. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

This is a great kebab take away and they also have an effective and quick delivery service. Plenty of choice and chilli sauce is fierce
