I would definitely return for the french onion soup, which was outstanding. However, the rest of the food was pretty basic considering the high prices. The 3 course menu costs around $50 per person and includes a steak plate, dessert, and starter. Any additional items not on the menu come with a $3 surcharge. The wine we ordered was good and beautifully presented. The steaks had thick pieces of fat running through them, and the sauces on the other dishes made us question if we were eating Chinese food. we have family for birthday. that has been our goal for special events for several years. unfortunately they have changed; the menu has been changed and really not the better, there are no more three cursor choices. more has been added to the menu that is in order. Unfortunately, one of our members had to send his food back because it was not appetizing under cooked, **** chicken; and then he left his dinner alone. we were very disappointed at this visit.
The service from our waiter was exceptional, but unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. The French onion soup was overly salty to the point where it was difficult to consume, and the mashed potatoes served with my steak lacked flavor. It's unlikely that I will return to this restaurant in the future.
We were celebrating an anniversary and found the table seating a bit too exposed to room “energy level” so we were kindly/graciously accommodated to a quieter area leading to a wonderful evening and a truly delicious dinner experience! Thank you all! See you again soon!
