We stayed at the attached hotel, so we were able to have both dinner and breakfast the next morning. We had nice servers, and both meals were great. I highly reccommend the Station 81 burnt brisket ends with cornbread mac n' cheese. Dang, that is some tasty comfort food! For breakfast, we had the buttermilk pancakes with berries whipped cream, and the Sweet Sunrise French Toast, which is the best french toast I've ever had in my life. It is practically a dessert. I ate it here 10 years ago, and have been dreaming of it ever since, and it was just as good this time if not better. Well done!
Most people drive on by Boardman when traveling along I-84. It is a small town, but the C D Drive-in makes a good milkshake and is worth the side trip. Further off the Interstate along the Columbia River is the Two Barrels Tap Grill; part of the River Lodge Cabins. It is a place with a relaxed ambiance and a nice river view. You can stretch your legs walking along the river or get a micro brew at the nearby Burnt Field Brewing.
this is a really cool restaurant with a great view of the river. i got the mac n cheese which was decent, it was just very buttery/greasy which made me feel a little sick. my bf loved his burger though! we had a little spider friend visit us at our table, of course this isn't a big deal because it wasn't in our food or anything, just thought it was something funny to share
the staff was not attentive, had feared to taste the food, because the kitchen staff seemed to be inexperienced and was not sure whether the cleanliness of the kitchen. a few who have eaten there and the woman has been sick by an salate. bier was okay. Réservez une table maintenant
