Nous roulions en direction de Saint-Florent, qui se trouve à l'extrémité ouest du Cap Corse, au nord de la Corse. La route était assez sinueuse et dangereuse et vers une heure, nous nous sommes arrêtés dans un charmant restaurant en bord de route. Il s'est avéré être aussi un hôtel et semblait être une base pour les excursions en montagne dans le désert. Le restaurant s'appelait U Santu Petru et était près du village de Saleccia. Attention for the moment the address that tripadvisor gives here isn't correct. There are a lot of places called casta. Drive to Casta St. Pancraziu, you can't miss it ,its on the road on your right driving from Saint Florent. Here we have had the best fillet in the area. Everything cooked with attention and style. All very tasty. Now it was not the best wellcome we had in the island as I see different comments here but can not say the owner wasn't polite.I guess in summer they are more busy and have less time for clients.The sure thing is he has an excellent chef i...

We were driving towards St Florent which is at the bottom end of the west side of Cap Corse, in the north of Corsica. The road was quite windy and treacherous and at about one o'clock we stopped at a lovely looking roadside restaurant. This turned out to be a hotel as well and seemed to be a base for off-roading up in the mountainous desert. The restaurant was called U Santu Petru and it was near the village of Saleccia. We had a delightful pasta lunch served outside overlooking the amazing countryside. The staff were happy and obliging and nothing seemed a problem for them. Bon restaurant au milieu de nulle part : Belle vue, assiettes bien présentées et servies contenant des plats locaux. Les serveurs étaient gentils mais parfois difficiles à attraper. Ils ont passé beaucoup de temps à parler avec d'autres tables... Bonne affaire pour un déjeuner abordable (menu à partir de 12€).
