Ugly Mug Coffee House (based at Richmond) has recently (as of very late 2016 or early 2017) opened a second café under the same name on Railway Terrace in Schofields.It is a funky, vibrant café which has a buzz and is busy on weekends. I visited this cafe for the first time after a long absence from Schofields township. The area has seen some development since my last visit. Upon entering, we were promptly greeted by a waitress who inquired if we were new to the cafe. Her customer service skills were excellent as she seated us and handed us menus. We were there for lunch, and we were informed that the kitchen would be closing in 15 minutes. Despite the presence of loud children on school holidays, we did not mind. Came here for lunch as the husband wanted a burger but didn't feel like dealing with the crowds at Rouse Hill, was a great choice.We ordered the Heart Stopper Burger which husband was very impressed with and he is hard to please with hamburgers. Since we are building a house in Schofields, we have been frequenting the area quite often. Out of all the cafes in Schofields, this one has definitely stood out as the best. The service is always exceptional and the portions of food are generous and delicious. We can't wait to visit again.
