My coworkers and I placed a pretty large pick up order here for lunch the other day. I have not a bad word to say. I accidentally ordered all of the stuff on one ticket although I separated the items by the person?s name the man who rang me upwas super nice and took the time to make sure all of the right items were rung up together. Once we got it all taken care of oneof the women working gave us a free 2 liter of Dr. Pepper just for ordering. They were so nice and it meant a lot to mycoworkers and I. Not one item of the large order was missing or incorrect. The man made sure to let me know they would deliverto us next time for only $2. And of course, everything that was ordered was deliciou...
The salad dressing is the best I've ever tasted. I ordered a vegetable hibachi, and it came with a generous serving of broccoli, zucchini, onions, and carrots. I particularly enjoy when mushrooms are included, but unfortunately, this dish didn’t have any. The sauce had a great flavor, but it was a bit too watery for my liking. My husband enjoyed his chicken hibachi. However, we were both disappointed with the fried rice. It didn’t taste good at all; it seemed like it was cooked in low-quality oil, which really affected the flavor.
I love that Hibachi Express delivers. I like sushi but don't always have the time to go to a sit down restaurant and get it, especially while working, so having the option of delivery is great. They offer a wide variety of sushi and it's reasonably affordable, especially if you get a lunch combo that allows you to pick a few different rolls. This is also a great way to sample and try new types of sushi, more so if you haven't tried much or any at all in the past. Every time
Ordered calamari and it was overcooked, tough and chewy. Got the hibachi shrimp and scallops. Very little flavor. The shrimp were mushy. Lots of vegetables come in the hibachi meal, but there was too much liquid in with the shrimp and scallops. Thescallops were cooked well. The yum yum sauce was flavorless. I did order a yum yum roll and it was average. Got to eat withchopsticks because that's all they give you.

We had a nice, quick dinner here. It feels more geared towards takeout or delivery, but there are a few self-service tables inside. Doug was very friendly! The location isn't the greatest, but that’s part of the experience. The hibachi uses thigh meat instead of breast meat, and while it’s different from the traditional cook-in-front-of-you style, the kids still enjoyed it. It's a great spot for fast sushi.
We enjoyed this fast dinner. It seems more setup for togo/door dash business, but they have a few tables inside that you bus yourself. Doug was really nice! The area isn't the best but it is what it is. For hibachi, they use thigh meat maybe( not breastmeat) and its different than the cook in front of you style hibachi but the kids still enjoyed it. Great place for quick sushi.
I highly recommend this restaurant! I wasn't expecting it to be this good since it's on the more affordable side, but I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the fish is excellent, and there's a great variety to choose from. They aren't offering dine-in service at the moment, so I ordered takeout. If you're in the Charleston area, definitely give this place a try!
My daughter and I order here at least once a week she always has the chicken and steak and I the American Dream or YumYum roll among other rolls. The food is always fresh and made to order, the staff are always super friendly and literally greet you byname when you walk in the door. One of our favorite takeout places in the Charleston area.

Highly recommend this place, I wasn?t expecting it be this good because it?s on the cheaper side, but I was fortunately surprised. The fish quality is good and the variety is very good. They are not open for dine in at this time so I just got atakeout order. Highly recommend trying this place out if ur in the Charleston area.
