Umami Burger - Réservation de table

the place was not too busy, maybe 4 tables of people and the rest of the tables open. there were also 4 employees in front of the house. we ordered the umami burger and the black garlauch burger. after we abandoned the order, the server disappeared. we sat a bit and nobody went to eat. Finally we asked to see if our order is ready and it came out. the burgers were much better than I expected. the burgers were crazy juice and the cheese was melted to perfection. I really liked eating, but the service was the complete opposite. we waited about 15 minutes until we flattened a coworker (not our server) for check-in.

Umami is back! I tried their Bacon Ranch Burger and it was a great smash burger with the bacon smashed into the patty as well. Alvin must've had the change their buns too and they are much better. Really squishy simple buns that perfectly soak up the juices and sauces within. Great bite.The location here was REALLY slow for a Thursday at Spectrum, but I wasn't complaining since service was still great. I think the fries portion has increased. Not by a ton, but enough to notice.

Son recommended this place because he know I love a great burger place, he wasn’t wrong. We both had the Black Garlic Burger, Tots with three cheese stuffed inside and parmesan sprinkled on the outside. Had the Garlic Fries, Sweet Potato and one other. Adrian was our server and made some great recommendations. They make an amazing **** Mary here as well. Quick and friendly service and lots of room for everyone.

The new chef ruined the menu. The fried pickles which were unique to Umami Burger is gone, the one and only Jalapeño sauce which gave an amazing flavor to appetizers is out of menu. The truffle burger which was juicy and melting in your mouth is no longer like that. Not gonna get Umami again because the menu got messed up!!!! Was a regular customer. Bring back the old chef and menu!!!!!! Réservez une table maintenant

I was here. last time I brought a friend and it was a embarrassment. our burgers burned. we asked for a complete order of pommes, but this is apparently no longer offered. despite the costly prices, we made us feel very imperfect. I don't think I'm returning, they expect to pay $50 for two people.

We were served by John the bar tender, a very nice guy. Very helpful and pleasant. And chatty. We have a cafe in Spain so we know a friendly waiter/host makes the establishment enjoyable. And the Impossible burger was good and cheap. We will be going back again before we leave Irvine.

our server had no papers to give up our order. we ordered two double-burgers. after 15 minutes he came back and asked again, still no paper and pencil! one of the burgers came as single? I tried the truffleburger, it was very average.

Burgers were less than average. The cheese was not melted when served and tasted cold.The service was barely there we waited until someone finally came up and told us to scan the code to get served. It was not worth the cost. Réservez une table maintenant

as many others have said that this place was fantastic a few years ago. with top notch and unique burger. I can say that eating is now compared with a fast food quality. a real scandal.

The food was great I got the K-Town burger with the pastrami loaded fries. My friend got the patty melt and he really enjoyed it as well.
