Consistently awesome cookies and exceptional service!I've known Uncle Biffs from San Diego and had the opportunity to talk with the local owners here in Phoenix. What nice people... they are passionate about the product and the quality ingredients they use.They have an extensive variety... whether you prefer milk chocolate or semi-sweet chips, nuts or no nuts, peanut butter, oatmeal, combos of everything... there is a cookie for every cookie lover. They do awesome brownies too.The staff they have are also great... I'm always greeted and served with kindness. I cannot say enough about this fantastic family-owned bakery. The cookies are wonderful, fresh, large, flavorful, and of a great variety. After preordering and prepaying for a very large order from a cookie store chain to p/u Christmas Eve, I went to pick the order up. Lo and behold, we forgot to make your order Now begins the google search on Christmas Eve afternoon. An impossible task until I called this bakery. Not only did they have some cookies available, they stayed late to package and wrap 6 dozen cookies. The customer service and attention to detail was fantastic. Absolutely a 5-star bakery/business.
By far, the best cookies I have ever eaten! I have tried every cookie on their menu and it is impossible to choose my favorite. Beyond their cookies, the owners are so nice and very supportive of teachers and schools. They have accommodated any request I have asked for when ordering , including separating the cookies with nuts from those without. Those of us who live in North Central Phoenix are very fortunate to have this family owned business in our backyard! For those who live further away, it is worth the drive to have an Uncle Biff's cookie. But warning, you will get addicted! :
this is a wonderful family owned and operated local companies that deserve their support. a bite, and you're dressed! the salted caramel chocolate chip is my favorite. they have a nice selection of fresh and warm cookies and they can even get a glass of milk. the teig is not delivered by a factory like the chain stains. they make the teig fresh, in the house with all natural ingredients, and they can say the difference. stop and find out. this will be their new favorite dessert choice. Yesss.. love these cookies. Might I say being that I am new to Arizona and on the search for sweetness I come across this place with some of the best cookies I have ever experience I have to give these guys two thumbs up. My favorite cookie is the semi sweet chocolate chip but others are wonderful as well. I advise anyone in Arizona looking for sweetness to stop by this place and grab a few cookies not one not to try them all!
great service! we were immediately greeted and gave free rehearsals that we didn't even know they had! the biscuits are so soft on the inside, but crispy and greasy on the outside. it is a nice tasty to have and they have a Valentine's Day cookie that is cherry and is amazing! a little expensive, but so it is worth getting even a few cookies because they are very satisfying.
I have been coming to Uncle Biff's since they opened 4 years ago. They treat every customer like family. You will leave Uncle Biff's feeling better than when you came. The workers are filled with so much joy and their kindness, along with their cookies, keep me coming back. Personally, I think the milk chocolate chunk cookie is the best cookies I've ever tasted!

this little bakery is always clutch. Whenever I needed some dozen cookies for a hosting event or as a gift, I can get them at onkel biff. the employees are always super nice and helpful. Cookies are always warm and fresh with this house made feeling. big screaming for onkel biffs!
