I remember twenty years ago living a couple of buildings up the street from Montpelier Uncle Sam's. My favourite burger was a blue cheese but the top combo was definitely the All Star Meal Deal. Just shut up and pay the extra for a shake instead. I remember walking to the end of the street to watch the West Pier burn for half an hour and then collecting a burger before eating it sitting on my doorstep. Uncle Sam's a true Brighton institution. H
I've been going to this branch for the past 15 years and can vouch that Montpellier is without a doubt the best....Rifai is a great asset to the restaurant. Always smiling and customer service is second to none! It's always a pleasure to see him followed by the best burger in town keep up the good work Rifai
Best burger ever!! Recently revisied Brighton after 14 years. Delighted to see Uncle Sam's still there and tasting as good as when I lived there 40 years ago!!
As it's takeaway only, no way can you have atmosphere, waiting in Montpelier for your order to be fulfilled. Quick service, and burger well filled. Réservez une table maintenant
Good cheeseburger, the chips were fresh and tasty. No space to eat inside that other places e.g. B are recommended for this.
As always, the best burgers in Brighton(imo). I've been eating their chilli burgers for 40 years, and they can not be beaten
