I love the food at Uniko. I've been a customer for years. I've ordered food twice now from this new branch, Uniko 2, and both times it has arrived over two hours later, cold and congealed. I have been forced to call multiple times, and they just keep lying about what is going on with the food. It is bizarre. I ordered the food this last time exactly at 20:00, when they opened, and it arrived after 22:00. The worst part is that they told me it would take half an hour when I first called. An hour later, when I called, they said it would take ANOTHER half an hour. Then when I called at THAT time, they told me the driver left twenty minutes ago with the food. I live eight minutes from the restau...
Let's see, the food's fine. some things better than others, but listen, I've always enjoyed what I asked. I had no problem with the deal. I almost never have a problem with anyone, yes, it seems they're always under orders. They have several kitchens working so badly that they won't, I see a significant number of complaints, but I haven't really had problems with the place.
