Union Jacks is simply the best sandwich spot around Burlington, and possibly the best in all of New England. I’ve only been there twice, and have yet to try their famous fish n’ chips, but what I have tried is the beef and onion melt. Eating the beef and onion melt is like winning the lottery in your mouth. You’ll find it’s difficult to refrain from exclaiming with joy after every bite of this sandwich. Not only that, but the staff are always exceptionally friendly. If there is a god, there is no doubt in my mind that it is the beautiful bald man who made my sandwich, because Union Jacks is heaven. Was trying to order and owner got really upset because we were asking too many questions, I guess. Started throwing pans around (that should have been a clue to not stay). We’re a group of 4 and the only people in the place, so we just ignored his tantrum and went ahead and ordered. Food was just OK. All of us ordered fish and chips to make it “easier” on him, but all was really greasy. Hope he has better days ahead!

Ron and his wife are always fantastic and professional. I have been coming here since 2005. This is my go-to place for traditional English-style fish and chips, as well as their deliciously huge subs. I appreciate all of the amazing employees and their hard work.

Absolutely the best and most authentic British fish and chips in the area. I highly recommend it! Perfectly crispy and greasy, just like you would hope for from your favorite shop. They even have curry sauce for the chips! Réservez une table maintenant

Every time I visit this restaurant, I have a great experience. I especially enjoy their fish and chips, and the sandwiches are also highly recommended. Overall, I always have a good meal here.

Delicious crispy fish and chips. Fresh fish is battered and fried to order, and to-go orders are wrapped in newspaper. Fish is fresh and the french fries are crisp and fluffy inside.
