"Had a great coffee latte, salmon lox bagel and a scone. Super fresh, nice rustic interior, very cozy seating in the back. Had to wait in a line, but service was fast. Busy around 10:30 am had to be quick to find a seat."

This is an incredible coffee and bakery shop! The baked goods are fresh and delicious, and some of the best croissants I've tried in North America. The breakfast sandwiches offer a wonderful mix of flavors. While I'm not a coffee drinker, I can tell you their Chai Lattes (both hot and iced) are excellent, and the seasonal lemonade is light, refreshing, and delightful. The setup is a service counter, and while the staff is helpful and never rush you, you can sometimes feel a bit of impatience from the line of customers eagerly waiting for their morning scones and coffee. This restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and offers outstanding food and drinks. I tried the Africano and Ranchero Wrap, both of which were delicious. It’s no surprise that this place is so popular—it’s truly one of the best cafes in town. There’s plenty of seating for larger groups, cozy tables for study sessions, a back patio for outdoor dining, and it’s a favorite for takeout as well. The staff is exceptionally friendly and goes above and beyond to provide great service. I will definitely be returning and recommending this spot to everyone!
Cold brewed coffee was excellent! Didn't even need cream! Iced maple latte was good as well. Cranberry orange scone was awesome! Service is fast and friendly. Have to go back to try their other in store baked goods and other coffees. Well worth the walk oneblock over from China town. The ambience is so relaxing with them heavy wooden tables and trestle tables as well as comfortableseating. Wonderful.cross breeze running through keeping the place cool without any need for air conditioning.
As a first-time customer, I had a coupon from the community book and the staff were incredibly accommodating. The atmosphere is very inviting, making it a great spot for me to enjoy my audiobook while sipping on my coffee. I ordered a sausage and egg sandwich along with a cookie, and both were delicious, with a strong focus on local ingredients. The staff were also really friendly. I've got some stamp cards in hand, so I definitely plan to return. Thank you so much!
Union was my favorite food and coffee spot in Victoria. The staff was incredibly nice, friendly, and accommodating. They served amazing mocha drinks and a chocolate croissant that was among the best I've ever had. Their breakfast bagel sandwiches were delicious as well. We enjoyed breakfast there twice during our trip. I’m sad that I live so far away, but if I ever return to Victoria, I will definitely make a stop at Union.
As we approached the restaurant and spotted a line stretching out the door, we knew we were in for a treat! Thankfully, the wait was short, and the food and coffee exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere had a great vibe, the service was excellent, and the treats were absolutely delightful.
the 2.5cad americano was soooo good; words don’t do it justice. the host kindly asked if i needed space for milk cream which was self served. the atmosphere and wifi were really good too! spent a solid half a day at unionpac. might try out their sandwiches wraps next time.
