Uniquely Yours Tea Room

Had a birthday tea for a friend. The setting is beautiful and the table setting was very nice. Having had other tea experiences I was put off by only being able to choose two teas even so there were four people. We were told we could have a refill on the tea but this never happened. We also had to ask for cream which curdled in the tea. There was no apology. Traditionally tea should be served with cream and sugar. The tea sandwiches and scones were mediocre at best. One of us has a mayonnaise allergy. When this was pointed out she was told there was only a tiny amount of mayonnaise in the chicken salad. Not a good answer if someone is allergic. if they have never been in this tea room, they do themselves and their best friend / mother / aunt a great gunst and call them for the next reservation. the house itself is beautiful, inside and outside. even those of us who are not Victorian fans can appreciate the carefree to each asspect of the dining room feel special. the tee and the eating were amazing! my dear friend and I had the Crème brothele tea and did our best to eat the scones, teesandwiches, cookies and obstinate, but still everyone took some home. the owner has beautiful gift items for sale, including some beautiful dresses. overall, just a wonderful experience I want to repeat.

I have been there a few times and I go to tea rooms all over the country this is absolutely the best one I have ever been in the owner is fantastic the food is outstanding it is well deserving of more than 5 stars and I would highly recommend it for any type of event

My friend and I went for her birthday and had the best time. If you are interested in a cute, quirky place to go and spend some quality time with a good friend, this is the place. We had a really amazing time and will definitely be back.

An absolutely beautiful place to visit for your special occasion with friends/family. Chanel does amazing work and leaves no detail unattended. I highly recommend this tea room.
