I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I waited more than 30 minutes after placing my phone order 15 minutes prior, which means I spent a total of 45 minutes waiting. I tried to be patient, but the burgers turned out to be awful. I also ordered loaded fries and was charged an extra $2 for cheese, but there was barely any on the fries. It's puzzling how they could be burnt without having added any extra cheese. Overall, it was a frustrating visit.
The food was quite mediocre; the onion rings were burnt to a crisp. The staff’s limited English made communication difficult. Additionally, when I ordered three chicken breasts, I didn’t expect them to be chopped into 25 tiny pieces. They were dry and overcooked. I won’t be returning, as we ended up leaving half of our food on the table.
the first time I visited this place, I had the new yorker burger and I can confidently say that it was the best cattle burger I ever had. the chips are also amazing and the rich and varied and the whole idea of experiencing different cultures of foods at a place seemed very interesting to me.
to be here several times, this place always has great juicy burger. the workers recommend me always good new burgers, some of the prizes seem a bit, but his all worth the quality. philly and madrid are by far the best. you should come by before going into the movies. Réservez une table maintenant
Definitely management needs to work on their rostering of staff for busy periods in the day. They were struggling and under staffed.Food was acceptable. It's a nice place with potential if small details can be ironed out.I had a beef burger and fries.
The taste is not very good, the pictures look delicious. Buy a burger and add $6 to get a Coke, but the Coke in the freezer is only $3.5. Feel cheated! Don't come to eat!
A big shoutout to the head chef of this burger shop for creating delicious burgers with incredibly promising flavors! I really miss the Philly cheesesteak rolls!
