After receiving an emotionally charged and insulting response from the new management, I am compelled to downgrade my review to one star. This is a significant shift from the positive experience I had in June during my initial visit. As noted in their reply, there was no genuine apology, only a defensive reaction. In June, I dined in the restaurant with two companions, one of whom shared the ranch wings with me. During my most recent visit, I was again accompanied by another person. While in Cleveland for some appointments at the Cleveland Clinic, I decided to stop by for an early lunch. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I ordered the gyro omelette and corned beef hash with eggs, and everything was fantastic! I haven't had corned beef hash this good in years. Each dish was full of flavor and generously portioned. I also got a couple of cheeseburgers to go for the kids, who were just as happy with their meals—a hard thing to achieve! I will definitely return when I'm back in town!
Came in for lunch and the staff were very nice. The waitress was exceptional. Food was ok except mine which was supposed to be a Mediterranean chicken wrap. Chicken was dry, there were a couple olives with onion and iceberg lettuce in the wrap and that was it. No sauce or yogurt dressing, no tomatoes. It was dry. I make a point to eat at this restaurant every time I'm in the area for my VA and Cleveland Clinic appointments. I absolutely love the menu! The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff greets you warmly as soon as you walk in, and they're all incredibly friendly. Today, my server was Lucy, who has served me several times before. She is professional, cheerful, and attentive. Thank you for another fantastic experience!
I was in town for a concert and decided to grab a bite to eat beforehand. I searched for nearby restaurants and found this one. Parking was a bit tricky, but the staff was friendly and the portions were generous. I couldn't choose between two entrees, so I ended up ordering one to go. Both were pretty good—meatloaf, spicy shrimp, and chicken. My wife also said her meal was tasty.
While at the Cleveland Clinic I asked around for good places to eat nearby. Most people referred me here. I was not disappointed! Great menu and good prices. I order the Yaz burger with bacon. Wow it was huge! Definitely did not disappoint.Even the breakfast menu looked really good. Next time I'm in town I'll be sure to stop by. Definitely worth coming here.
We stumbled upon this restaurant while in search of a delicious chicken salad. The ambiance inside is laid-back and inviting. I tried the Farmer's salad, and the ingredients were well-chosen. This is a great spot. It was our first time here. We split a Healthy Platter that had baba, hummus and pickled veggies. I had Kushery, which was a huge serving. My wife had Fattoush with grilled Salmon.Vegetarian options: They had a few options. I had Kushery which I loved.Wheelchair accessibility: The bathrooms are individual and accessible.
