I’m consistently impressed with Urban Plates Aliso Viejo! Not only is their team top-notch (special shoutout to Sandy for always being so friendly and so attentive with my orders), but their food is great. I usually stick to a chicken plate, which never disappoints and is healthy, but recently tried their seafood chowder and it’s now a must have in my orders- I love the little kick it has and how much seafood they actually put in. The service here is so fast and courteous. Zach was amazing at getting us taken care of efficiently and kindly! The food is delicious. I always get the Grass Fed Steak because it is a great meal size and the sides are delicious. Everyone always greets us with a smile especially Zach! The ambiance is always a vibe and I love coming here with my friends! The patio is especially beautiful with the string lights and seating for everyone! Urban Plates by far has best food great team members! I'm obsessed with their salads! I always customize it to my preferences I am greeted w/ a smile as they always accommodate my order! Today Zach who took our order was patient kind as I rattled off my favorite items for my salad changing almost everything! He had a smile even made suggestions for my husbands salad! Shout out to Urban Plates! I could eat here every night with the their diverse yummy selection of food!!! Great atmosphere too! Shout out to Zach again!
had a great experience last night, service is exceptional and Zachary is awesome! my friend and i stayed a little longer as we lost track of time chatting but they were so kind they only have smiles for us. Personally speaking, I don’t like the cheese in the portobello mushroom sandwich. Don’t add cheese if you don’t like goat cheese. The salmon plate and the Moroccan chicken are both great. Came in for lunch today. It was busy, but the line to order moved quickly and we had no trouble finding a table. Food was very good and Sandy was so sweet to offer my toddler a free cookie! Definitely made his day!!
Absolutely last time I come here. Third time I had to return the food for various reasons. This time, the meat was raw and still cold in the middle. Super overpriced for what you get and rude staff.
This location has become our go-to spot. Great food and even better service! Leeann has helped us several times and always makes us feel like we've left with a great experience.
