Urban Tadka In Irv

We had been to Lousy Urban restaurant on 8/20 for a dinner after seeing so many good reviews. Now I really think that it could be either fake reviewers to get folks!! We ordered pokora, Malai kuffta, panner butter masala and veggie briyani. We can smell the oil that’s used multiple times!!!! The base for both curries are very similar and they put 4/5 pieces of Kuffta and paneer. We specifically requested for “ NO SPICY” veggies Briyani however end up very hot spicy and we immediately told them but the server reaction was negative not even sorry or will replace it!!!! mentality if this is it if u want eat it)…. Anyone looking for authentic Punjabi food in DFW, look no further…Urban Tadka has been a staple. Only order Punjabi dishes (not briyani) like Bhartha (smoky eggplant), choley (chickpeas), palak or saag (spinach or mustard), butter chicken or Dhaba chicken (new dish), garlic naan and lassi. Then take a nap and thank me later

The food is Delish I love ordering from there .. and the Mango Lassi one of my favorite drinks so far I’ve tried the Tandoori chicken .. but I will be ordering more .. wonderful place to eat..

Very amazing punjabi food. We ordered paneer kadhai, paneer makhani and rumali roti which was very good.
