The manzanita location needs a better server. Where do I begin. Only thing good about today was seeing my friends. The lady with the pink cropped hair is rude and very, very ,very unprofessional. I understand a language barrier but I also understand when human kindness is lacking. I had to ask her to take my order twice and she told me to wait after skipping me. “ Twice “ or maybe she forgot me… but how do your forget to take someone’s order? The entire table was afraid to ask for anything else or add to the order. All my friends food came out and I still waited for her to take my order. Update from June 21, 2022: Urbano's remains a top choice for me! Their cooking brings back memories of my grandma and my childhood—so delicious! My favorite dish is #7, the cheese enchilada with a beef taco. The carnitas are outstanding! If you're looking for something lighter, the taco salad is a great option—just a little self-deception! Tonight, my dad and daughter enjoyed margaritas with their meals, and they both loved them! Urbano's is a beloved spot for our family! I love anything that has spice and flavor... Mexican food usually has both ,and so much more..The Tacos here are ammmnmmmmmazing...The shredded beef is on point and the chicken is so so so tender.. I'm not sure why this spot doesn't have 5 stars across the board.. The atmosphere is uncomfortably quiet, with no music to lighten the mood, and the waitress hovered around like a school chaperone, monitoring the tables. Less than ten minutes after we received our food, she approached us with a to-go box, claiming she knew we would need it. I used to frequent this restaurant years ago, but it's clear that something has changed for the worse. This was by far the most uncomfortable dining experience I've ever had, and the service was disappointing. On a positive note, the food came out quickly, and the meat was served in large portions. This was my first visit to Urbano's. We saw the good reviews but noticed the place looked run-down on the outside but I like hole in the walls. The parking lot could use some work, full of potholes. But, once inside the place was clean and the server was nice. The food was very tasty. They make homemade tortillas and only gave one for a whole plate of fajitas. We had to ask for another. I had a ground beef chimichanga and it was small but good. I would definitely try them again.

Best authentic Mexican restaurant, we are long time patrons. Great Chili Relleno, my husband's favorite. I love the Chili Verde and Chicken Enchiladas but the homemade flour tortillas are to die for! I gladly forgot about carbs to eat those. And, Mr. Urbano is a sweetheart. I have have ordered party amounts of food and he always comes through. Love Urbano's!

One of my favorite places to go for dinner. They are very accommodating and have great staff very attentive. Food is outstanding. Best T. Sunrise drink I've ever had. They make my food the way I like very flexible with requests. Awesome place thank you guys for being here for our enjoyment

Always good. I've been going here for years and they really make you feel special, like part of the family. They remember your name and what you order, even if you haven't been there for a while (like during COVID). Happy atmosphere. Reasonably priced. Réservez une table maintenant

I have been bringing my children here to eat since they were 6 and 8 years old, and now I'm also bringing my grandchildren. In the past twenty-five years, I've never had a bad meal. Well done!

Been coming to this establishment for 30 years and although I'm not in the neighborhood often it is my go-to when I am. Still serving the best shredded beef tacos and Cheese Enchiladas. Bravo!
