absolutely essential if you are in the area. they have the typical menu of sidreria but you can also eat an excellent fish plus a smaller chuleton if you want to try everything. In our case, marta and I (bilbao and malaga) ate a San pedro (only north or hard to find in the south) and a small chuleton. both made of coal on the same site and with spectacular quality and flavor. wines at very reasonable prices. They went, the owner, treated us in a very nice way and gave us the precise information about what to eat and how much. Congratulations on your sidrería because it's worth it without a doubt. If I have a chance, I'll be back.
