What happened to this restaurant? I spent $30 and left without eating. I asked the cashier if they had anything vegan and she only mentioned pie. I decided to go with the avocado toast. While waiting, I saw staff coming out of the kitchen with a bottle of Just Egg (a vegan egg substitute). The avocado toast eventually arrived, but it was served on a long, hard to cut piece of sourdough bread with very little avocado, mostly just sprouts. This experience felt like a disappointment and I questioned if I was dining at Urth Cafe. The internal and external designs are stunning especially for enjoying the meal on the patio! Food and presentation was amazing all around, the french toast was scrumptious! Theres definitely a couple other menu items that’ll have me coming back again to try out! Great location for a quick little stop while you’re in the area of melrose!
This is a delightful little restaurant with excellent service. They offer good coffee, delicious food, and some healthy menu options. I have been coming to this location for over 15 years and highly recommend stopping by.
The freshness of the food is unbeatable here. Love that the ingredients are sourced from locals. Always my go to quick food spot without compromising the quality. There is plenty of street parking if you’re patient.

Delicious healthy food, smoothies, iced drinks and coffee. Excellent location when walking Melrose. The staff is very friendly.
Great place to have lunch. We really loved the Spanish Granita Latte, it’s really fresh and the flavour it’s so good.
The food was great! I had the turkey burger ? ambiance is good and the blueberry cheese cake is to die for!
I had a chicken-curry sandwich and it was great. Best sandwich I had ever had.
