Vaccaro's Italian Pastry Shop, Hunt Valley

I enjoy visiting this restaurant and I particularly enjoy their sweetheart cookies. However, when I visited yesterday, I ordered their usual cookies and received a piece of cannoli cake instead. The girl working behind the counter was lovely and friendly, so that was not an issue. Unfortunately, the cannoli cake was extremely moist, almost as if it had water poured over it, making it completely inedible. Other than that, everything else about this place is great!

I mistakenly posted last night that this establishment overcharged my son 10 dollars on his Visa Vanilla Gift Card. I hadn?t realized this was due to these cards needing a few hours/a day to display the proper amount charged. I am sorry for putting the blame on Vaccaro?s and I appreciate the owner being so understanding about this whole situation.

Picked up an assortment of iced cookies for a holiday party and wrapped the box in plastic, stored it in a sealed Rubbermaid container, without checking the cookies. Twenty-four hours later I served them ? rock-hard tooth-breakers that could?ve been made and left out weeks ago. They did not get eaten and I threw them (and my $24) away.

Customer service was great. The counter person was friendly and helpful. Got an assortment of cookies and cream puffs. Some cookies were better them others. Can't beat the Vacarro chocolate icing. The only issue I had were the eclairs and cream puffs were sliced long ways. It's easier to place filling in pastry but much harder to eat. Réservez une table maintenant

I walked into the store looking for something sweet and different and found terrible customer service and The worst latte coffee I've ever tasted. The milk was burnt and tasted like used old coffee to make mine. I threw it in the trash. Bad, bad, bad.

This cozy restaurant in the heart of Hunt Valley offers a delightful taste of Italy. They serve the best cappuccino in Baltimore County, and their homemade gelato is heavenly. Make sure to grab a few cannolis to go before leaving!
