A neighborhood Gem! Everything about Vanda was terrific. Dino and his staff were gracious and very hospitable, the decor and vibe are great, and the food was excellent. The style is southern Italian cooking. Everything is prepared with the freshest ingredients or imported from Italy; dishes were vibrantly light, but with complex layers of flavor. I can't wait to go back!!

Amazing! Everything was delicious, but the calamari was especially out of the this world. The bolognese and ravioli were two of the best pasta dishes we’ve had in recent memory. Gelato and cocktails were perfect, and even the bread was memorable. We will definitely be back!!

This restaurant is amazing. The food is all so delicate (that’s really the best word I can find). Every ingredient, taste, and item on the menu has a purpose. It’s a welcome addition to apponaug and the crowd on Friday night clearly showed it.

Fabulous, fresh, yummy food that was ingeniously prepared. Great cocktails and amazing waitstaff. We were treated like family. Christina, our waitress was a doll as was Ashlen the manager. We will definitely become regulars.

Absolutely amazing food- the only thing that tops it is the hospitality. It is a perfect restaurant in a perfect spot. The meatballs and gnocchi melt in your mouth. I could eat them every night.
