I'm really excited about these cupcakes for my son's 6th birthday, but my experience has been disappointing. I had to follow up multiple times, even regarding the payment. The order was completed, but I only received a 10-minute notice before the shop closed for the weekend. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to pick up the cupcakes, even though I had already paid for them. When I inquired about their availability, I was advised to have someone else pick them up, which was unhelpful since I couldn't. I hope others have a better experience, but I am truly dissatisfied and will not be recommending or ordering from here again. This has been extremely unprofessional.
This is the second year, that my daughter ordered the Banoffee cake for my birthday. It is the BEST cake, that I have ever had in my 77 years. There are different flavor profiles to the cake; banana, toffee and coffee. With each bite you experience a different flavors. I told my daughter, that was all, that I wanted for my birthday, so she ordered a 9 cake. I brought home 3/4 of the cake, which is now stored in my freezer to enjoy over the next month or so. Thank you ladies, for being such an outstanding bakery! Now I look forward to my birthdays!
I was absolutely delighted with my experience at Vanilla Sugar Bakery. We ordered a unicorn cake for our daughter's birthday, and it turned out perfectly. It not only looked stunning but also tasted amazing! We will definitely return for our next event that requires a cake. Their beautiful cakes are not only visually appealing but also delicious!
I've read such positive reviews and have to question them. My daughter had a cake tasting for her wedding. What she got was a half dozen strange flavored awful cupcakes to try. If this is a preview of a wedding cake, I would say no thank you. They sent dry stale cupcakes with inappropriate flavors for a wedding cake

We had Vanilla Sugar Bakery make our wedding cake and they did such a great job! They were very responsive to email and the cake came looking exactly as discussed. It was delicious and beautiful! Very affordable, as well. Delivery was on time and without any issues. Would recommend!
Bought a half dozen Paczki today. The banana cream was delicious but my two custard filled ones were both missing the custard. I guess it was just an oversight. Thank You for all your amazing treats.
This place is just amazing! They have great creative flavors and also do a great job with the basic ones! Never had a bad cupcake from there. The only annoying thing is you have to pre order.
I'm amazed by the quality of these cupcakes! They are incredibly moist and delicious. I will definitely be ordering them for all my future events!
