A group of three couples, including myself and my friends, visited this restaurant based on a recommendation. Despite living nearby, we had never heard of it before. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, and clearly proud of the delicious food served. The service was attentive but not overbearing, allowing us to enjoy the excellent dishes and beautiful spices. The prices were also quite reasonable, making it a great value for a memorable evening. We hope to return soon for another enjoyable experience.
I loved the variety of options on the menu, there were items I had never seen before. I tried three different starters and was very impressed. My husband also really enjoyed his meal. I think this restaurant should be more widely advertised because I only discovered it after a visit to the pub to play skittles (which is not nearby, by the way). One of our teammates always orders takeout from here whenever we come, it really is a hidden gem that deserves more recognition.
Just popped out to a great little Indian restaurant. Decided to have a Lamb byriani with extra Lamb, as me and the Mrs share a mains and side! Asked for it to be served with a desi sauce instead of the vegetable curry. A tarka Dall on the side, if you've never tried it, you're missing a treat. Don't forget the garlic coriander nan. It was so good I had to write this review, awesome food, Brill, excellent staff.
I’ve had several takeaways from here, last night was the first time i have sat in the restaurant. We were a party of 6, we all enjoyed our food. I really enjoyed my starter of seek kebabs and Chicken Saag for main. Lovely Garlic Naan and rice too. Staff were friendly and attentive. Will keep coming back. One small thing, please turn the radiator off, we tried, far to warm to be sat in front of it. Thankyou.
We had home delivery on Saturday night, having previously had great takeaways from here. Lovely good quality food but be aware that they have put their prices up and not updated their website! We weren’t informed of this when we called up to order and we’re disappointed when we were charged more on delivery.
We have been eating here for a number of years and the food is delicious the service excellent it has a great friendly atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble and the Chefs signature dishes are delicious especially the Duari Salmon it’s my favourite. Thank you Mas see you again soon M E
The food at this restaurant is absolutely top-notch, the experience was excellent, and the staff were extremely helpful. As newcomers to Indian cuisine, we were guided superbly. We will definitely come back again and if you haven't been yet, it's definitely worth a try.
