I ordered the Med 6.0 bowl for the first time at this restaurant. Instead of customizing my meal, I opted for a preset option. Unfortunately, I didn't take the time to inspect the food at the counter before ordering, which turned out to be a mistake. By the time my meal was finally served, my husband had already finished eating. This seemed odd for a counter-service restaurant. The broccoli in my bowl was completely burnt, and when I brought it to the counter, they informed me that it was intentionally charred. The Brussels sprouts in my bowl looked the same way. The staff kindly replaced the broccoli with sweet potatoes, but I was disappointed that my meal was not enjoyable due to the burnt...
