This is a Vietnamese/Chinese Restaurant. As I am visiting for work, we found this place near having to scout around for a meal. Our rule was if there were crowd,must be a good place to eat. Never fail as we were surprise as the food portion is really big that both me and my co-worker did not finish the food even if it was great tasting. He ordered the pork vermicille and I ordered combo fired rice/breaded shrimp/stir fry vegetable. The vegetable is so good and surprisingly the shrimps are big. I totally enjoyed my meal. I'm a soup/pho connoisseur. The Pho is average. The broth is not the best, but if you go against tradition and fill your soup with condiments It'll be edible. A few of their other menu items are not so bad but don't expect to be blown away by any of their dishes.The atmosphere is awkward, empty, and with the high roof and square shape its uncomfortable. It feels very hospital or doctor office like if you can understand that. Horrible layout and how many tables they stuffed into the restaurant is unnerving. . Little disappointed overall. It was tough to get a menu and then even tougher to order our food. When it finally came the dishes were a bit disappointing. The spring rolls were okay. Nice and crispy with a good filling. The shrimp noodle soup barely had any shrimp and the satay was disappointing. I found the sauce thin and without much flavour.Very friendly staff at checkout but a challenge to get their attention at the table.The washrooms were not the cleanest I've come across.
I have been going to Vi Ann for the last ten years. I always have chicken fried rice. The chicken are huge pieces that are fresh. Great place for any kind of occasion. I the prices are reasonable and portions are great. Only issue is the service is a bit slow and they sometimes get your order wrong and try to talk you into eating what they made in error. The food well makes up for this issue. Must visit if you love Asian food.

Unfortunately I do not have pictures to show but yes, the food are great, large portions, and reasonable prices! Their chow meins are my kids' standard when eating at another restaurants and nobody comes at par. Fresh vegetables... and the good thing, I donot taste MSG on their food. Efficient staff, great service... a family go-to!
Had the duck soup with rice noodles, lots of pieces of duck good broth. Also rare beef pho delicious broth and they also added some veggies for me when I asked. The gai lan and beef was ok would have liked more tops. Over all I love this place.
came here for lunch and what a surprise this little place is fairly new but may become a favorite of ours the food is very well priced and nice and tasty too wit fast and friendly service you cant go wrong
We came here for lunch, service was quick, good portions and good value. We all had and enjoyed the Vermicelli bowl with spring roll, as that was the dish we were craving, and I would go back again.

Portion sizes were great. The food tasted good and the service was good as well. Great for families. Quick service too.
The food was good and a fairly large lunch portion at a reasonable price. Décor is very modest. Fast service.
