I order from here atleast twice a month, either dining in or ordering out. I usually get the carbonara, prosciutto piadina, or the mushroom risotto, which have always been made perfectly and so tasty!When I dine in, I like the atmosphere. It’s like an upscale fast food place. You order at the counter, but then you seat yourself and they bring the food to you. You’re able to see the cooks preparing the food at any angle of the restaurant. High ceilings, big windows, so lots of natural light comes in. So happy we found this place when we did! Satisfies the massive pasta craving and always tastes fresh and delicious. This is definitely our go-to spot for pasta when we're in the area. Portion sizes look small in the take out containers, but I assure you, it's enough. I usually get the gnocchi gorgonzola and a beets and goat cheese salad. I love both so much, I can never pick just one! For some reason, I can't order the gnocchi online so I always have to call in, but they do have it available. I recently went in with another patron and we were greeted with 3 juvenile workers giggling like high schoolers. One of the workers who was shorter, sandy-haired and wearing a mask (unsure if male/female) made the comment “Poor thing!”. We weren’t sure if they were commenting on our pup who was was in a ventilated carrier tote (we were getting take out), or toward us, but that is by far the most disgusting and immature service provision I’ve ever encountered. Since I no longer work in the area, I've started using Uber Eats to order from them, and I’m pleased to say that my orders typically arrive on time, hot, and at a reasonable price. Most of my minor issues have been related to the Uber drivers—whether they take longer due to multiple deliveries or traffic. However, I’ve never had any problems with the food from Via Cibo. This review is for coffee only. I popped in hoping to grab an espresso and was not disappointed! They made a beautiful ristretto, served at the table in a ceramic cup along with a glass of water. Be still my heart, this Italian girl was a very happy camper. Excellent service and great coffee. I will return to try the food, which oooked really interesting. They have a wood burning stove for pizza, gluten free options, and even feature and Italian style brunch on weekends. I will definitely return.

This was my first visit, and I was impressed by how patient the staff was as we took our time reviewing the menu. We ended up ordering some takeout pasta for our son. The seating arrangement and atmosphere were relaxed and cozy. While I haven't always had the best experiences at Italian restaurants, the pasta here was genuinely fresh and delicious. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and my son loved it. Overall, I will definitely be returning to try other dishes.

The customer service was outstanding, and the dining area had a lovely atmosphere. There were plenty of options to choose from. As a vegetarian, I tried the grilled vegetable pizza, which was delicious. I will definitely return to sample more dishes.

I decided to ordered some take out from this place. The food is outstanding however, I would recommend dining in as the pizza was a bit cold by the time I received. The price is slightly high for the portion and for what it is. Réservez une table maintenant
