everyone in our party enjoyed their food, especially pasta dishes, once it arrived. service was slow and rather indifferent. the staff was not familiar with the wines on their list and it seemed to take rather a long time to bring a bottle to the table. dessert menu is uninspired. the noise level borders on unpleasant. though not as loud as many places these days, it was often difficult to understand the conversation unless the speaker was directly across the table.
The food was quite good The service is poor, it took a long time to order and a long time for the food to come out We were a party of 5 with a reservation, there was not table set up and the options left one person uncomforatable Half the guests ate their meal on a coach which was too low for the table It is too bad as the food was really enjoyable
We stuck to the menu today. A pasta platter with spiral noodles, shrimp, cherry tomatoes and spinach was the first course. I'm a pretty good cook and I like trying restaurant dishes and then going home and trying to duplicate them. I'm not going to try to do that with this cup, either.
A good Italian restaurant. Three kinds of tasting menu for choices. The serving is like family style so that everyone may share different dishes. My wife and I love our trips to Italy for the wonderful country, people and food. Angelini is the closest thing to simple, fresh, beautiful Italian food. The only problem is so many people have figured that out and it is hard to get in, but worth the effort.
