Vicky's Tasty Treat

Three words sum it up: busy, popular, and sweet! We stumbled upon this place while returning to our hotel after dinner at a nearby restaurant. Noticing the crowd of cars and people outside, we decided to stop for some dessert after an unsatisfactory meal. They offer a wide variety of treats, from slurries to sunflowers to shakes, including some unique Mexican options like Tortuga. We tried the Tortuga along with pieces of Reese’s, chocolate cherry, and chocolate explosion. Everything was delicious, and the small portions were more than sufficient for us. The owner is extremely rude and refuses to engage with customers. She yells at them and slams the window, leading to a very unpleasant experience. I requested to speak with the older gentleman who owns the shop, her husband, and when she called him over, he treated me the same way. They both slammed the window and walked away, demonstrating very poor customer service. I do not recommend visiting this place. I've tried coming during their posted hours multiple times, only to find them closed. It's a waste of time, and you can find much better service elsewhere for your money.

Friendly staff, line moves quickly. They have a wide range of soft serve based treats. Some negatives: They do not sell hard ice cream. They are cash only. I would visit much more often if they took credit card. Business needs to get with the times, Im not going to take cash out just to get ice cream.

This is hands down the best ice cream shop in the Syracuse area! The selection of delicious flavors is endless, and I can't recommend them enough. They do an amazing job, and the quality of their ice cream is exceptional! Réservez une table maintenant

We visit Vick's at least twice a week. The staff is always very friendly, the service is quick, and the ice cream is delightful!
