The portions are enormous, and the seating area is spacious. The staff was prompt in taking our order and delivering our food to the table. However, that was the extent of our positive experience. There were only three of us dining on a Wednesday night at 7 PM. One of the bus staff stood by the entrance, seemingly waiting for empty dishes while staring off into space. The chicken strips were tasty, although somewhat dry. On the other hand, the waffle fries were quite good. They do provide a carrier with six different sauces, which is a nice touch. I dined here late at night while exploring Fremont Street. I ordered the original cheeseburger with all the toppings and waffle fries. My food arrived quickly, and I have to say, it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Their claim to have the best waffle fries is almost spot on! My only complaint was that the bacon on my wife’s burger wasn’t cooked enough. What really stood out to me, though, was the excellent service from the gentleman who brought our food and cleaned the tables. He was very friendly, and we felt genuinely welcomed. I only wish I had caught his name so that management could recognize him. I’ll definitely be eating here again the next time I visit Las Vegas!
Staff super friendly. Fast service. Order and seat yourself. Located 2nd floor, towards left side of the casino. Burgers are all medium well unless you request it to be cooked differently. burgers are chard. Lots of flavor on the toppings, not so much flavor on the burger. Just Ok for me. Burgers do not come with fries. Waffle fries are crunchy. Staff brings out 6 different sauces you can use: ketchup, mustard, honey mustard, BBQ, boom boom sauce, Buffalo. Boom Boom sauce was the best of the 6. Hand pick green salad was massive. Probably serves 3 people. good flavor, not too heavy, not too light. Perfect. Chill ambiance. You can watch the game at any seat.
I rarely eat hamburgers, as they are a big disappointment. However, the "American Burger "was outstanding. I was taken back by the size of it, almost too thick to be able to eat gracefully. Have been looking for a great hamburger for years. Especially after the disappointment of In N Out, that everyone brags about. And the order of Onion Rings was huge, couldn 't finish the hamburger nor the onion rings. Well worth the price, well they were comped, but I would gladly pay the price. Seems high, but the amount you get, is worth the price. Looking forward to enjoying them again.

I had the best burger here last year, so big and juicy. I told my brother in law and wife that they had to try it. We went this weekend and they changed the buns from a brioche to a split bun and the patty was so dry!! It was so small when we spilt it, it was like jack in the box!! I did call to speak to a manager and they told me they were so busy, leave my and they would get back to us!! They never returned the call!! Not worth the money at all! Save your money!! So much for customer service!
Stopped in for lunch and Marc was very courteous taking my order. I had the Victory burger and waffle fries. It was delivered quickly and was the best burger I've had in a while. I'm a bacon guy and the bacon on the burger is high quality and delicious! The bigger was large and tasty. Almost too much for me to eat. And that is saying something! The waffle fries were great too. The meal comes with a variety of dipping sauces. Overall a big thumbs up for Victory Burger with great ambiance!

I visited this place to catch the Golden Knights game, and we managed to snag a table at the back. I appreciated that they had plenty of TVs to watch the game on. It’s a fantastic spot to hang out on Fremont. The Hangover Burger was delightfully messy, and the addition of sauces really enhanced its flavor. However, my favorite item had to be the waffle fries—crispy to perfection and incredibly juicy.

Awesome spot at Circa. Victory burger was spot on. Fresh toppings and love the victory sauce. Waffle fries were great. Highly recommend.
