If you're looking for the best Vietnamese rolls in the country, look no further—trust me! On January 21, 2015, we discovered a true gem! The lines out the door speak volumes, but don't let that discourage you. The longest I’ve ever waited is under five minutes. The food is fantastic and always fresh! The staff is excellent and polite, even during busy times; I really appreciate them! The prices are also very reasonable. I genuinely have no complaints about this place—please, don't change a thing!
The rolls are indeed large and among the best around. However, the service is very poor. Every time they visit, they are charged different prices for drinks, have items added without their request, and are still charged for them. If you’re only interested in eating and don’t mind being overcharged or taken advantage of, it’s a good spot. But if you value good customer service and loyalty, I wouldn’t recommend it.
This place offers everything you could want in a Banh Mi: crispy pork, fresh ingredients, and bread rolls that are easy to eat without causing any discomfort! At just $4, it's a fantastic deal. Their cold rolls are excellent too. I've tried all the local Banh Mi spots around Arndale, but nothing compares. It's very busy between 12 and 1, with a line that stretches out the door, but it moves quickly.
