Viktor Benes Bakery

The bakers, artists and staff went above and beyond to create one of the most amazing birthday cakes ever seen for my son's fifth birthday. He was in awe and couldn't stop smiling. It tasted as good as it looked! Jesus was wonderful at communicating throughout the process. He delivered more than what was promised in a timely and courteous manner. A truly wonderful experience. Was helped by Junior, who helped me come up with a custom birthday cake that was a huge hit. He was very knowledgeable and the final price was very reasonable. I highly recommend working with him to come up with a creation that your loved ones will enjoy In a separate visit, also tried the chocolate Parisian. Pretty good bakery

Got the dulce de leche cheesecake (it is ok… tastes like cheesecake with a bit of caramel hint) and the hazelnut tart slice (also ok, a bit bland and dry somehow? But not bad)

Tried the cinnamon twist, it was delicious. Viktor Benes is located Inside Gelson's grocery store so don't expect sit down service.
