Fantastic experience. Really warm and friendly welcome from the waitress, she was a delight the whole evening, and gave great advice on the various options. An expansive menu (not just the one outside) with so many delicious options, in all price ranges. The starters were both tasty, and generously portioned, with my homemade pasta and game Bolognese being a triumph. The aforementioned waitress helped us with the choosing of the mains, as there were so many tempting options. We settled on the daily fish option and the 60 hour slow cooked meat, which was every bit as good as anticipated. My boyfriend and I spent a day in Adelboden and chose Brasserie to have dinner to and the restaurant exceeded our expectations by miles! Very friendly lady and the food, oh, the food was really amazing. Balanced taste, surprising flavours and Swiss care to details for the plate decoration. In short, rainbow in your mouth! The restaurant just opened in the village half a year ago and there are not many people that know that they were the best place when they were running in the neighbourhood. We definitely recommend the restaurant.
