Called in an order tonight and the person on our receipts name is Javi. I ordered food for my entire family, including my two children. The guy sounded new because he kept fumbling over the items I was ordering. I ordered the Flautas meal and he couldn’t tell me right off hand if I could get split between beef and chicken. Then I ordered the combination plate and he couldn’t tell me if it was 2 or 3 items. He kept telling me to hold on. My 65 year old mother went to pick up the food and brought it home. We got it home and we were missing one of the kids meals. I called up to let them know we were missing an order and he said that we must not have placed it but both my mom and my husband hear...
Was told the wait was only 20 mins and ended up waiting 50mins. That’s ok because they were busy, so that’s understandable. Waitress seemed stressed and very overworked. Not really a sense of humor when taking our orders or just communicating with us. Asked the waitress for a few extra limes for our drinks (since she wasn’t bringing a new lime each time we got a drink). Then I got charged for the limes at the end of dinner. I don’t mind paying for these, if she would have mentioned it up front. The food was mediocre, and there wasn’t anything special about this Mexican restaurant.
My experience at the restaurant on Saturday afternoon was disappointing. Our server, Zoe, seemed disinterested and spent most of the time on her phone rather than attending to our needs. Additionally, I was shocked to see that she had long nails, which is not hygienic in the restaurant industry. To top it off, all the employees, including what appeared to be a manager, were sitting around in the bar area and neglecting customers. Overall, the service and atmosphere were subpar and I may consider notifying the health department about the unsanitary conditions.
Had 3 ladies come and look at the seating book while we waited to be seated, not one seated us, didn't even dare to acknowledge that we were there, until I think they heard us discussing leaving. Service was meh Food was hot and bland. There must be a seasoning or spice shortage in the kitchen, barbacoa had zero flavor not even a hint of beef. ZERO... The beer was coldish. The restuarant was also hot, bathroom was slicker than owl poo... Réservez une table maintenant
The dining experience was awful. The food tasted prefabricated and lacked flavor. The enchilada sauce smelled like it belonged on lasagne. The dishes were the worst I've ever had, extremely dry with a sprinkle of dry chili on top. We were never greeted or made to feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Overall, it was a waste of time and money.
