Villa Felice, probably has a new management. So try it. It should be Italian, Alpine cuisine. More than usual standards the card does not have to offer. You don't have to go to a restaurant for that. Did it taste? It was so. Nothing special. Portion was too small. Operation friendly, but unfortunately my food came about 3 minutes after eating my wife, whether we had only 2 main dishes. Of course, this belongs to Serviert at the same time. And of course you automatically compare with the predecessor. The Italian pizza was not really great at that. But they could get pizza. It's not so good and too thick at a long time. In Heiligensee, you have a good chance that you can run into the bud, at least at the beginning. But with this inconvenient menu and what is offered, they will be hard to fear. Because criticism in the north of Berlin is very fast!
In the early afternoon it was no longer possible. There was also sufficient staff. Only one of the ordered foods did not tell us after 10 minutes. Without bringing the drinks at least once. Thus, the proposed alternative food is chosen. Then the drinks came, Bruchetta, Salat. And after another 20 minutes a waiter with the message that the proposed food is no longer enough.... The next alternative proposal was accepted by us patiently without(!) to murren and served after another 30 min. With the bill we were offered a schnapps (and served, but for a farewell to the waiter (tips no more than strange!! I have the impression that everyone tries, but nobody is responsible and coordination is replaced by chance. Italian hospitality? Missing.
Villa Felice is located in Heiligensee and is not so central but a really good Italian. The offer is a comprehensive and pricey as regards pizza and pasta favorably as regards the genuine Italian dishes a little more expensive. That, to mention just a few examples and the price ranges. The waiters are very nice, the restaurant from the inside friendly, thanks to the yellow orange paint. In summer you can also sit outside and just because it is not central, you have your peace here.
The location of the restaurant is good, easy to reach by train. I couldn't test the terrace because of persistent rain, but there are also no point deductions: The food was good, but not yet very good (from a real Italian I expect a little more. Point deductions are available at the service. Something inattentive, and it took too long. There is still considerable potential, by the way, not to have been a slip if I look at my previous comments. The restaurant looks like it could carry a facelifting. Despite these small weaknesses, I would go back.
