I won't be returning to Village Pizza House after the unacceptable treatment I received from a staff member or possibly the owner last night. Their behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. He was threatening, harassing, and insulting both verbally and through his body language. I genuinely felt like he might physically attack me at any moment. I strongly advise others to avoid this place. This person is a total egotistical jerk! Definitely giving Village Pizza House a negative review, well below any stars. Even with what might be a good menu, the experience was ruined by such conduct.
This place USE to be awesome. Now it looks like it has new owners. It took me 45 minutes to get a buffalo chicken finger sub. Ten people got their orders before I did. The lady that ran the register can barley speak English and can't even understand what your're saying to her. I would of got my money back and left but she literally would not be able to grasp that concept. This place WILL go out of buisness soon. I HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else. Don't waste your time.
I genuinely adore this restaurant! I've been visiting for lunch since April, and I've never been disappointed. The customer service is outstanding; they recognize my voice when I call and are so accommodating with my special requests! They always greet me with a smile, too. My favorite dishes are the chicken salad sub, chef salad, grilled chicken Caesar salad, and veggie calzone. Well done, gentlemen—I really appreciate all that you do!
Village Pizza House always keeps people waiting, even when you order ahead. I went to pick up their 2-slice special and still had to wait 15 minutes. Then they told me to wait even longer because they had burned both slices. How do you burn just two slices? I checked their menu, but this experience has convinced me I won’t be returning.

The new owner hasn't figured out what made the place great. It's is at a crossroads right now and I'm worried that it could downhill. Went in there today a saw cans of stop and shop cola in the drink fridge for sale. Not a good sign since I would assume that they are selling at the price as coca-cola.
I've discovered my new favorite pizza place, Village Pizza House! While the interior isn't flashy, it has a nostalgic atmosphere that really speaks to me as someone in their twenties. The prices on the menu are very reasonable, and the ability to order online adds a nice touch of convenience.
We really enjoy this place. The food is great and they usually have a quick turnaround. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that twice, when we went to pick up our pizza orders, they said they never received them.

When I think of the ideal burger from a traditional pizza place, this is exactly what I envision. It's perfectly cooked and has an outstanding bun.
